Return Authorization (RMA) Guide
A return authorization (RMA) is required for a return to be processed.
To obtain an AaLadin Industries Return Authorization, please follow these instructions:
- Submit a request via our RMA Request Form
- An AaLadin representative will contact you in 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
Returned Item & Merchandise Requirements
The following includes everything that must be included with all returned orders, items, and merchandise:
- Original packaging.
- Including but not limited to original boxes, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.
- Original packing slip.
- All accessories, including cords, remote controls, assembly tools, etc.
- All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.

Return Restrictions
Defective Merchandise - Must have Return Authorization (RMA):
If you receive a defective item within 30 days of the date of shipment, AaLadin Industries will exchange a faulty item for a replacement item and AaLadin Industries will reimburse you for the original ground shipping expenses. For defects after 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer for warranty information.
Non-defective Merchandise - Must have Return Authorization (RMA):
If you return an item that is not defective within 30 days of shipping, AaLadin Industries will refund a non-defective item, subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price, and you are responsible for all original and return shipping expenses.
Oversized Items - Must have Return Authorization (RMA):
Some items require special shipping and handling because they are oversized items and may require a freight carrier to return.
What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged?
We advise our customers to inspect their orders immediately upon arrival. If your package appears to be damaged, you should contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved. To request a refund or product exchange please fill out this request form..UPS REQUIRES to file a claim:
- Please provide a close up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number)
- Please provide a photo of the actual overbox that item was shipped in.
- Lastly can you confirm if there was any packaging material used in packing this item in the overbox? If so, please provide a photo of the item with packing material in the overbox.
